This notice explains how personal data and cookies are handled across the NADMEDYA website and contact form.
Data Controller:
Your data is processed by NAD REPRESENTATION TEAM MEDYA LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, based in Maslak, Sarıyer, Istanbul, acting as data controller. You can reach us at info@nadmedya.com.
Data Collected and Purposes:
Through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and message. This information is used solely to review your enquiry, respond to you and manage communication. To prevent automated spam and abuse, a keyed technical digest is generated from connection data.
Service Providers and Transfers:
Your message is stored in our private database and delivered to authorised NADMEDYA recipients via Zoho ZeptoMail. Form submissions are verified through Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. The office map only connects to OpenStreetMap servers if you choose to load it. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking, or build individual visitor profiles. Details of aggregate page-view statistics are provided below.
Cookies:
The website uses only essential session cookies strictly necessary for session security and form validation. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Your preference is limited to the optional map display.
Your Rights:
Under KVKK and, where applicable, GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. You can submit these requests to info@nadmedya.com. Please do not include identity documents, payment information or sensitive personal data in your first message.
Aggregate page-view counts are kept by day, page, language and, when local GeoIP data is available, country. IP addresses, visitor identifiers and browser profiles are not stored in analytics, and this measurement uses no cookies. Daily totals are retained for up to 90 days.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated and abusive submissions. Cloudflare processes browser and connection information during verification; our server sends the verification token and IP address to Cloudflare. The token is not stored in the application database.
The map display is optional. Opening the map connects to OpenStreetMap servers, transmitting your IP address and browser details.
